itike.rw is an online booking platform whose goal is to provide alternative means of accessing travel information and acquiring tickets digitally anywhere and anytime with convenience and speed.
The Project is a joint venture curved out from Kezastore.com to partner with local operators and ecosystem players while making a tangible contribution to the digitalization vision of the country, reducing lines and congestion in public transport facilities.

- Why did you choose to call the platform itike.rw?
Itike in Kinyarwama means “a ticket”. Beside being a short and beautiful word we wanted to emphasize that this is something that is built with Rwandan spirit as ethos. Traits such as ingenuity, beauty, resiliency, forward looking, hospitality are integral part of the Rwandan culture. We wanted to emphasize that Rwandan culture will be the guiding light for the success of this beautiful product.
2. Will I need to be able to purchase the ticket online?
Yes and no, it will depend on the travel agency you want to travel with. The tickets that you see online are those from a Travel agency where a working agreement is in session. If you don’t find the Travel agency, you can always contact them directly, it doesn’t mean that particular route is not being operated.
3. Will I be able to get a refund for my ticket if I don’t use it?
If you miss your bus, you can for the most case be put on the next one available, make sure to check in with the gate agent, if you are not able to get the answer you are looking for contact our support.
4. Do you have other products other than tickets?
The answer is yes, however, we have decided to only put on this platform travel tickets and anything that goes with travel, if you like to browse our other products feel free to visit our parent site: standardgateway.com
